See Cart Application page for application form. We are looking for one-year leases; month-to-month cart space rental is not available at this time.

$525/month, includes cart space rental and service fees.

Services fees include:

NOTE: 60 amp power at each cart space is the cart owner’s responsibility

Once your application is received and all documents have been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss next steps. If your cart business is accepted, we will require a propane permit and proof of insurance. Cart owners will be responsible for their own signage and marketing materials.

Carts will be selected on type of food, varying hours of operation, and cart appearance to enhance our Food Pavilion surroundings.

A total of $1025 is due at time of lease signing ($525 first month’s rent + $500 refundable security deposit). Deposit will be fully returned within 2 weeks of lease expiration.
