SE 50th and Division Street in Portland. We are 
a popular cart location in Portland, in beautiful SE Portland, close to West Tabor Village and 
Franklin High School, and on bus lines 4 and 14, so we are easy to get to.

Open 10:00am-10:00pm ... each cart’s hours vary, however this is a general timeframe of when à la carts Food Pavilion is open.
